To Our Valued Customers

As we reach the end of what has been a challenging year for all of us, I want to first take this opportunity to wish you Happy Holidays and a Prosperous 2021!

I would also like to let you know that for the first time since our founding, both our offices and production area will be closed December 24^th, 2020 to January 3^rd, 2021 for the Holidays and reopening on January 4^th, 2021. 

The last day of delivery prior to the Holidays will be December 23^rd. 

As we anticipate numerous orders for the holidays, please send your orders of what you will be needing during those weeks we are closed as soon as possible to ensure we are able to process and make delivery to you no later than December 23^rd.

Please note that emails sent during that time will not be fulfilled until our return on January 4^th. 

As I’m sure you will understand given our shared circumstances during this COVID-19 pandemic, we are working with a smaller production team and are asking that effective January 4^th, you give us two days to fulfill orders. Until we get back to normalcy, delivery days for the time being will continue to be on Wednesdays and Fridays.

We are thankful and appreciative for your business, and on a personal note, I want to tell you how much I enjoy working and speaking with you, and truly wish you the best in this coming year.
